Shipping
All orders ship within 1-2 business days. If we need to contact you regarding your order this can delay the processing time. We do not offer rush processing options because once and order is shipped, unforeseen delays by USPS can unfortunately affect delivery times. If you need your order quickly, we do offer upgraded shipping options. Express shipping is the best option for speedy arrival.
We do offer upgraded shipping that can be viewed on the final page of check out. If you need your item in less than 2 weeks, we strongly recommend upgrading to one of the following mail options.

✓ USPS Flat Rate Express with Signature Confirmation : 1-2 business days + processing time
This option is guaranteed by USPS. Please click here for USPS policy regarding missed delivery windows. Delivery attempts by USPS are not considered missed deliveries.
✓ Please sign up for text tracking at USPS.com to ensure timely updates regarding delivery attempts.
You do not need a notice from your post office to pick up your package. Once they have made a delivery attempt, you can bring your USPS tracking number to your local post office and pick the item up.
✓ GoGo Glam does not make any concessions for missed deliveries. We will file a claim on your behalf in the event that your Express package does not arrive on time, however, the decision is made by USPS based on their guidelines.

If your event is less than 1 week a way, Express is the best option
If your event is less than 2 weeks away, Priority is the best option
If your event is more than 2 weeks away, Standard shipping is a fair option
If your event is more than 4 weeks away, Standard shipping is a good option.
The shorter window we have to help you work out delivery delays by USPS, the less likely we will be able to help you get product in time for your event should an issue arise. USPS issues are fairly common since COVID-19 so please make the best choice for your needs!

Wait! Why are my balloons the wrong colors?!!
Balloons are layered to give them their unique color and finish. DO NOT PULL THEM APART or you will lose the color effect. Please check out this video to see why your balloons look different deflated and how to inflate your custom color balloons!
There are several different options for inflating your latex balloons! Check out this video for a complete overview of each type and what you can expect from them!
Double layered balloons can be tricky to inflate and fill. Please check out the following video for information on how to inflate them using different techniques.
A balloon hand pump is going to be the best option for 5″ double layered balloons, unless you have a commercial balloon inflator or a tool air compressor.
Absolutely! If you send us any inspiration photos you are working from we can help point you in the right direction to get your look!
All of the images on our site are photos of each color on a white background under studio lighting. You can grab screen shots and use an app like PicStitch to pull them together and start playing with different combinations! We can also send you a grid of your colors after you purchase and help you decided if anything could be swapped out for a better match.
Color blocking means you will be putting all of one color clustered together on your garland (think of a rainbow) and mixed is going to be mixing colors up as you assemble your garland.

Why does it matter?
It is helpful for us to know if you want to color block and in what order you would like them because it helps to know which 16″ large balloons to give you to make sure everything is evenly placed through out the garland. You can always change your mind later and just adjust your assembly pattern a little!
If you are uncertain what you want to do, color blocking is the best thing to put in your personalization box!
Returns
If for any reason you need to return your items, we gladly accept returns or exchanges on unused items within 21 days of delivery. Please contact us regarding your return to expedite the process. Returns must include order receipt or order number.

✓ No concessions will be made for late deliveries by USPS.
✓ Items with STOP stickers items are not eligible for return if opened.
✓ Chalk & Double Stuff balloons cannot be returned if layers are separated.
✓ Due to the nature of our products, no items will be accepted past 30 days.
✓ Orders that were eligible for Free Shipping will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If upgraded shipping was paid, fee will be reduced.
For ease and speed, please place a new order for the items you are needing and simply follow our standard return instructions for your unwanted items.
You can absolutely return part of your order, however, we do not accept partial packs. Each line item or pack must be returned in full or return will be refused. We will occasionally make an exception to this rule so please reach out if you are having an issue with your order. Any partial return that is accepted will be subject to a restocking fee due to pricing discounts for volume orders.
Example of a Line Item :
(1) 25 pack of 11″ balloons : 25 balloons must be returned
(2) 25 packs of 11″ balloons. You may return 25 or 50 or it will be treated as partial.
(3) 5 packs of 11″ balloons : 5,10 or 15 balloons must be returned
(1) 50 pack of 11″ balloons. You must return 50, unopened in original packaging.
(1) 100 pack of 11″ balloons. You must return 100, unopened in original packaging.
