You can absolutely return part of your order, however, we do not accept partial packs. Each line item or pack must be returned in full or return will be refused. We will occasionally make an exception to this rule so please reach out if you are having an issue with your order. Any partial return that is accepted will be subject to a restocking fee due to pricing discounts for volume orders.
Example of a Line Item :
(1) 25 pack of 11″ balloons : 25 balloons must be returned
(2) 25 packs of 11″ balloons. You may return 25 or 50 or it will be treated as partial.
(3) 5 packs of 11″ balloons : 5,10 or 15 balloons must be returned
(1) 50 pack of 11″ balloons. You must return 50, unopened in original packaging.
(1) 100 pack of 11″ balloons. You must return 100, unopened in original packaging.
