Scissors

14 feet of Ribbon

Glue Dots or 260 Twister Balloons

11″ Balloons : Approximately (6) per desired foot

16″ Balloons : We like to add (1)16″ Balloon for every (12) 11″ Balloons

5″ Balloons : Start with about (3) 5″ balloons per foot. If you really want to give it dimension up that to (5) 5″ balloons per foot
