This guide will walk you through all the basics for putting together your Glam Balloon Tower. Grab a pair of scissors and you will be all set to assemble your kit!

Step 1: Inflate (2) heart shaped balloons and tie together / Repeat with second set
Step 2 : Wrap 2 sets together
Step 3 : Tie (1) 5″ balloon to center
